Job Responsibilities

As a customer support representative on our global customer service content method team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to our subscribers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Working closely with our content method team to create and manage support content for our customers and internal teams
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, customer service)
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of our services and offerings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
