Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities

- Account Management: You'll provide high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Administrative Tasks: You'll process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, as well as handle administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing.
