Role Highlights:

* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour, plus a $310 certification bonus

• Enjoy a Turbo Bonus Boost of $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available (subject to minimum hour requirements)

About the Role:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to arenaflex customers. Your primary focus will be on addressing customer queries and concerns related to arenaflex products and services, including:

• Downloading and logging in to arenaflex products
• Getting started with basic navigation and using arenaflex software
• Importing documents and printing and filing tax returns
• Answering basic tax-related questions and providing guidance

You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) who will provide guidance and advocacy throughout your tenure.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) an asset

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with arenaflex products and services, or similar software and technology

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
