Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via emails in English. You'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch service to millions of music lovers worldwide.   • Provide exceptional customer support via emails
  • Research and pay attention to details to ensure accurate and timely responses
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to research and pay attention to details
  • Strong ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  • Professional/business level proficiency in English
  • Experience providing customer support via emails
  • Web camera for computer and willingness to keep it on during orientation and self-scheduled shifts
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on mobile device
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended
