Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners
- Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responding to changing priorities and deadlines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
- Utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business results
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities by Group
You will be assigned to one of the following groups:
- Load Control Center: Work with the Load Control Center team to ensure accurate and efficient loading of aircraft, while maintaining compliance with manufacturer and company regulations.
- Fuel Methodology: Collaborate with the Fuel Methodology team to develop and implement strategies for fuel efficiency, reducing costs and improving overall performance.
What You Need to Succeed

- A strong passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

- Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with airline operations, customer service, or a related field
- History of leadership roles, including student and community organizations
