Job Overview

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing data enrichment tasks, conducting credentialing-related activities, and ensuring meticulous accuracy in data management. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing data integrity, supporting our quality assurance initiatives, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Executing data enrichment tasks adhering to both established and client-specific guidelines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conducting credentialing-related activities, including application data entry, verification of vendors, and oversight of board certification details.
  • Engaging in communication with state boards and credentialing authorities to secure status updates and necessary verifications.
  • Ensuring meticulous accuracy in data management, complying with industry standards and regulations.
  • Performing verification and cross-referencing of data provided by external entities using online databases and additional sources.
  • Undertaking other duties as needed to support team efficacy and operational excellence.

Required Skills

  • Proficient English communication skills, exhibiting both written and verbal capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Availability to commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
  • A reliable work-from-home setup with internet speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on detail-oriented and analytical coursework.
