Job Summary

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our food ordering app. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will also be responsible for assisting customers in placing online orders, processing payments securely, and proactively supporting customers to maintain brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders and resolving any issues related to order placement

  • Provide support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments securely, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
  • Proactively support customers to maintain brand reputation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize customer dissatisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain high service quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to inform future support strategies

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Experience working with diverse customer segments, including international customers
