  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and resolve their issues
  • Utilizing your product or service knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with our global team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

A Typical Day in the Life

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, surrounded by the people and things that matter most to you. Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions
  • Collaborating with our global team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product or service knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
