We are seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on digital communications with customers through live chat and email. Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat, fostering strong partnerships and driving sales growth
- Identify and investigate customer requirements, providing innovative solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations, ensuring timely and efficient sales processes
- Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Provide superior customer service to increase sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and upsell special promotions, staying ahead of the competition and driving revenue growth
- Check quantities in inventory and order progress with suppliers, ensuring seamless supply chain management
- Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on future buying trends, informing arenaflex's product development and marketing strategies
- Identify new markets and business opportunities, driving arenaflex's growth and expansion
- Aim to meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results and exceeding expectations
Qualifications:
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales principles and practices
- An enthusiastic sales professional with industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or strong customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
- Strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications, ensuring accurate calculations and effective sales processes
- Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and the ability to type 40 WPM, with experience in CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex product information and negotiate effectively
- Strong team player with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment, driving innovation and growth
- High level of professionalism with strong attention to detail, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance
