Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Alternate Investments (Remote Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to data entry, reconciliation, and analysis. Your primary duties will include:

• Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/ addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and the fund companies or transfer agents
• Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
• Analyzing complex/escalated issues and performing testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
• Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile
• Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
• Interacting with and embodying arenaflex's commitment to TD Ameritrade Cleaning in our daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners

Analysis and Troubleshooting

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting a variety of issues related to data entry, reconciliation, and analysis. Your duties will include:

• Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests
• Identifying and addressing client/Advisor amount exceptions
• Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g. 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
• Resolving issues between BOS and Fund Companies
• Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
• Troubleshooting internal/external system improvements or concerns
• Identifying the root cause of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
• Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
• Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
• Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
• Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
• Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Experience with data entry software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience in the financial industry
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g. 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Certification in data entry or a related field
