Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for meeting face-to-face with local business owners to present ways to reduce business costs, increase customer base and loyalty, and maintain a Salesforce system. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Meet face-to-face with local business owners to present ways to reduce business costs and increase customer base and loyalty
- Increase customer base and loyalty through effective communication and relationship-building
- Monitor marketplace information on pricing, products, and current promotions to stay ahead of the competition
- Maintain a Salesforce system to track customer interactions and sales performance
- Meet company goals and objectives through effective sales and customer service strategies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with multiple groups, including peers, company personnel, and potential customers
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills to ensure exceptional customer service
- Reliable transportation to meet with clients and attend meetings
- Basic computer operations skills, including proficiency in Salesforce
- Willingness to work shifts as needed to meet business demands
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:
- 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
- A driver's license and reliable transportation
- The ability to relocate to Tampa, FL before starting work
- A strong desire to learn and grow with our company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused approach with a strong service orientation
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
