What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of relevant experience: In a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of French: Required, as you will be working with French-speaking members and clients
- Advanced level proficiency in English: May be required for certain positions, depending on the nature of the duties or work tools
- Work arrangements: Vary depending on the position, but may involve hybrid work or telework
