Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and presenting arenaflex as the solution. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying prospects through cold calling, emailing, and messaging
• Successfully converting prospects into long-term business relationships
• Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
• Providing exceptional customer service, answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
• Growing customer accounts through low-ticket sales
• Collaborating with the sales team to share ideas and best practices
• Implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven Experience: At least 6 months of experience in cold calling or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Sales Quotas: A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Language Proficiency: C1-C2 English proficiency.
• Computer Requirements: A computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer.
• Availability: Full-time availability is required.
• Personal Qualities: Persistence, results-oriented, creative, organized, self-managed, positive, and a team player.
