Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report assembly, and reconciliation. You'll utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software to ensure seamless data management and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering daily work orders into our systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assembling and reconciling reports to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Maintaining excellent communication with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange
  • Performing various clerical duties, including filing, copying, and faxing documents
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, to manage data and reports
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
  • 1 year of office clerk experience with a strong focus on organization and prioritization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (1 year or more) is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and applications is a plus

Physical Demands

As a remote employee, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home or office. However, you'll still need to be able to:

  • Organize various office systems and manage physical records
  • Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday
  • Bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time, as needed

Schedule and Availability

We're looking for a full-time Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to work an 8-hour shift. You'll need to be available to work a standard schedule, with some flexibility to accommodate occasional overtime or special projects.

Location

While we're a remote company, we require that you be able to commute or relocate to the Chicago, IL 60608 area before starting work. We're happy to discuss relocation options and support with our HR team.
