Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, and office clerical duties. You'll utilize industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office applications, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Entering daily work orders into our systems with accuracy and efficiency
* Assembling and reconciling reports to ensure data integrity and consistency
* Performing various office clerical duties, including filing, copying, and faxing
* Maintaining excellent communication with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination
* Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to perform tasks and meet deadlines
* Other duties as assigned by management
Experience and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of experience in data entry (typing at least 40 wpm) in an operations or similar service environment
* 1 year of office clerk experience with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office applications
* Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Physical Demands
As a remote employee, you'll need to be able to:
* Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
* Bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time, with the ability to adjust, connect, lift, pull, push, or fold for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

Schedule and Location
This is a full-time remote opportunity, with an 8-hour shift. You'll need to be able to commute or relocate to the Chicago, IL 60608 area before starting work.
