Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
  • Assessing customer needs and providing accurate, timely, and empathetic solutions to resolve issues and exceed expectations
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, while striving for excellence in every interaction
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate documentation and efficient resolution
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
