Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access our systems (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of our products or services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
