Job Summary

As an Experienced Strategic Customer Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and excellence in our equipment rental business. Your primary function will be to increase market share within a select group of customers and high-profile job sites by increasing product awareness, efficiency, and sales. You'll also serve as a mentor and liaison in the overall go-to-market sales strategy for your assigned area, coordinating efforts between key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Evaluate new potential customers and develop plans to onboard them into our program
  • Manage the corporate accounts office to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 4 years of previous sales management experience

  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the equipment rental industry and its key players

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Strategic Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll receive a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

  • Base pay range: $67,273.00 - 92,500.10
  • Robust commission plan to drive revenue growth and recognition
