As a Customer Service Representative - Concierge Support, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers and building strong relationships with our service technicians and operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Providing excellent customer service to a network of customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Making outgoing phone calls to schedule appointments, provide insights on pest activity in customers' areas, and offer solutions to their pest control needs.
- Answering emails and responding to chat requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing deposits and handling other financial transactions as needed.
- Backing up colleagues when needed for soft collections, routing, and data entry.
