The Opportunity

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and dispatching technicians to job sites. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible, even in the most urgent situations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from prospective and current customers
  • Accurately entering customer and appointment information into our computer system
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Dispatching on-call technicians to urgent customer needs
  • Providing exceptional customer service, even in the most urgent situations
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous call center, customer service, or dispatching experience

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law

Schedule and Location

* Schedule: Friday - Monday, 7 PM - 7 AM

  • Location: Mostly remote, onsite twice per month. 16360 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden CO 80403

Compensation and Benefits

* $18/hour + bonus (average of 45 hours per week)
