Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product updates to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• A willingness to learn and grow with our company, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and product updates

Requirements

* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

• Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
• Be available to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
• Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
