Job Summary
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing outstanding support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our services. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Document delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing support and guidance as needed
- Partner with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, working collaboratively to resolve issues and improve processes
- Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find solutions
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction

What You'll Need to Succeed
* Ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customers and express empathy and understanding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10 key)
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
- Reliable internet connection and a reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM
