Experienced Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager – Customer Support / General VA to CEO – Full Time Position at arenaflex

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. This will include communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Facebook Ads Management: You will be responsible for setting up and managing Facebook ad campaigns, including creating and optimizing ad content, targeting audiences, and tracking campaign performance.
• Google Ads Management: You may be required to manage Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including creating and optimizing ad content, targeting audiences, and tracking campaign performance.
• Customer Support: You will be responsible for responding to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects, providing timely and effective support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Graphic Design: You will be responsible for creating visual content using Canva or similar platforms, including graphics, infographics, and social media graphics.
• General Admin: You will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as required.
• SEO Blog Proofreading and Editing: You will be responsible for proofreading and editing SEO blogs written by our team based in India, ensuring high-quality content that meets our standards.
• Lead Generation and Follow Up: You will be responsible for generating leads and following up with potential clients, using your skills and expertise to build relationships and drive business growth.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

• Based in the Philippines: You must be based in the Philippines and have a reliable internet connection.
• Excellent Written English: You must have excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Facebook Ads Experience: You should have knowledge of or have previously managed Facebook ad campaigns. If you do not have any experience, we are happy to train you.
• Google Ads Experience: You may be required to manage Google Adword and Shopping campaigns. You should ideally be Google Certified. If you do not have any experience, we are happy to train you.
• Proven Experience with an English Speaking Employer or Clients: You must have proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients.
• Excellent Organisational Skills: You must be able to work independently and know when to ask for help.
• Fast Computer and High-Speed Internet: You must have a fast computer and high-speed internet connection with reliable power.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Video Editing: You should have knowledge of or have previously managed video editing software.
• Copywriting: You should have knowledge of or have previously managed copywriting software.
• Website Creation: You should have knowledge of or have previously managed website creation software.
• Social Media Management: You should have knowledge of or have previously managed social media management software.
• Online Lead Generation and Follow Up: You should have knowledge of or have previously managed online lead generation and follow-up software.
• Product Research: You should have knowledge of or have previously managed product research software.
