Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a 3rd shift schedule (11pm - 7am, Sunday - Thursday). As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system. You'll work closely with DC Management and the Engineering team to ensure that production performance and incentive dollar calculations are accurate and up-to-date. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

* Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems (65% of time) + Summarize production sheets, check for accuracy, and report errors + Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program + Calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards

• Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
• Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time)
• File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time)
• Perform other projects as assigned (5% of time)

Essential Qualifications and Skills

* Previous clerical/administrative experience

• 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
• Good math skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
• Good interpersonal skills

* Experience with data entry software and systems

• Knowledge of production and incentive dollar calculations
