Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, providing exceptional service to our patients while ensuring timely delivery of medications. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries. If you have a passion for helping others, strong computer skills, and a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume calls from patients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Collaborate with patients to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of medications
- Utilize computer systems to access patient information and update records as necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)
- Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
Pay Range
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour
- Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
