Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries related to medical insurance. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries related to medical insurance
  • Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
  • Accurately documenting call content in real-time
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Schedule

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:

  • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Pay: $16.20/hr
  • Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available!

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or with medical insurance
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
