Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry Operator/Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting and maintaining data in various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Organizing and managing records such as client information and property listings, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Assisting in generating reports and summaries based on data, providing valuable insights to our team
- Conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity, identifying areas for improvement
- Communicating effectively with team members and other departments regarding data needs, providing exceptional customer service
- Providing administrative support, including handling correspondence and scheduling, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Assisting with special projects as needed, contributing to overall team success and growth
- Collaborating with our team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance our operations
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles, with a strong understanding of data management principles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management, with a keen eye for error detection
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information simply
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with real estate software and systems, such as CRM platforms and property management tools
- Certification in data entry or administrative support, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Excel and Tableau
