Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java-based software applications that meet arenaflex's stringent quality and security standards

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Work independently and as part of a team to identify and resolve complex technical issues, often under tight deadlines
• Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and contribute to the improvement of our software development processes
• Develop and maintain large-scale, distributed systems, including web applications, APIs, and microservices
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient data storage solutions using various databases and data storage technologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and experience to help them grow and develop their skills

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on software engineering and architecture
• Proficiency in Java, Java EE, and related technologies, including Spring, REST, and microservices
• Experience with database design, data modeling, and data access technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and continuous integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous monitoring
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with testing frameworks, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, including secure coding, authentication, and authorization
• Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
