Join Our Team

We're seeking an experienced sales leader who can motivate and lead teams to produce exceptional results. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams for your assigned territory, nurturing our culture of trust, honor, and integrity. You'll also partner with the Region Clinical Manager to oversee the direction and development of the clinical consultant team members.

Responsibilities

As a sales leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
  • Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Directing sales performance in specified regions
  • Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
  • Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
  • Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to the needs of sales
  • Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven success developing and executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, managers, and sales teams
