Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, handling goal-oriented projects and tasks with ease. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, outcome-oriented, people-oriented, and team-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Communicate with patients and medical professionals, scheduling appointments and obtaining necessary patient information
- Work independently with minimal supervision, handling goal-oriented projects and tasks
- Follow detailed instructions, efficiently execute multiple tasks at once, and communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
- Adapt quickly to changes and modifications, thinking critically to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and modifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Previous experience with data entry and appointment scheduling
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
