Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to our customers. You'll communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position, and you'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone and email

  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
  • Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience; prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
