Job Summary

As a Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with customers to understand their issues, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home with a quiet, private workspace.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls and chats in a friendly, approachable manner, using active listening skills to understand their concerns and needs.

  • Analyze customer issues and provide solutions that meet their requirements, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize multiple software applications and systems to navigate customer information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through instant messaging programs, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Work independently to deliver practical solutions, while also collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to offer tailored solutions and anticipate customer needs.
  • Display empathy and understanding when assisting with customer concerns, maintaining composure in challenging situations.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity targets.

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 6+ months customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and concerns.

  • Dual monitors are required for this role, and you must have a quiet, private workspace at home.
  • Friendly and caring tone, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a positive and approachable manner.
  • Knowledgeable about various customer needs, with a strong understanding of arenaflex products and services.
  • Ability to display empathy and understanding when assisting with customer concerns, maintaining composure in challenging situations.
  • Efficiency in navigation, with the ability to quickly and accurately navigate multiple software applications and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

  • Goal-oriented, with a willingness to learn different systems and navigate between multiple screens.
  • Strong typing and language skills, with the ability to possess a normal typing speed and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Training and Education

* arenaflex provides comprehensive training and education to support your success in this role, including instructor-led concept courses and self-lead courses.

  • You'll have access to online U-Haul University courses, interactive mentorship, and call/chat support from advanced agents.
  • The initial education period is 2 weeks, with classes held Monday-Friday from 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm.

Technical Requirements

* Computer specifications: Windows 11 or MacOS 13 Ventura or newer, 16GB (minimum) of RAM/memory or higher (recommended: 32GB), Windows processor with a CPU benchmark score of 6,000 (minimum) or higher (recommended: 10,000), Mac processor with Intel Core i5 or higher, M chips acceptable.

  • Additional hardware: webcam (external or built-in), USB headset (wired), dual monitors.
  • Internet speeds: ping under 100, 50MB (minimum) download speed (recommended: 100MB), 5MB (minimum) upload speed (recommended: 10MB).

Compensation and Perks

* Rate of pay: $16/hr (hourly base pay rate may be higher, depending on state or local minimum wage laws).
