Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming service calls from customers who need help with their bill, plan, coverage, technical support, and more. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible, remote work environment that allows you to balance your work and personal life. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Providing information about their current plans and products
  • Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with their needs
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A customer-focused personality and a desire to help people
  • High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite)
  • Quiet, secured workspace
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
