As an Inside Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in developing relationships with customers, gathering requirements, and negotiating terms to provide products to a wide variety of industries and applications. With a strong focus on digital communications, including live chat and email, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying and investigating customer requirements, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat
  • Identifying and investigating customer requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
  • Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales
  • Providing superior customer service to increase sales opportunities
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and upselling special promotions
  • Checking quantities in inventory and order progress with suppliers
  • Gathering market and customer information to provide feedback on future buying trends
  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities
  • Aiming to meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience preferred
  • An enthusiastic sales professional with industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or strong customer service experience
  • Strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications
  • Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and the ability to type 40 WPM
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong team player with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment
  • High level of professionalism with strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of industrial/technical products and their applications
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
