Job Summary

As a Packaging Strategy Lead-Data, you will be responsible for developing and implementing packaging strategies that drive sales, enhance brand love, and promote sustainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, and compliance, to ensure that our packaging meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the competition, drive business growth, and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement packaging strategies that drive sales, enhance brand love, and promote sustainability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for packaging innovation
• Develop and maintain packaging documentation, including packaging specifications, artwork, and labeling
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that packaging meets arenaflex's quality and sustainability standards
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on packaging best practices and regulatory compliance
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize packaging performance
• Collaborate with the sustainability team to develop and implement sustainable packaging initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that packaging meets arenaflex's quality and sustainability standards

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of experience in packaging development, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
• Strong understanding of packaging regulations, including FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations
• Experience with packaging design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and packaging design tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategies to optimize packaging performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with sustainability initiatives and sustainable packaging practices
