Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient outcomes, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You'll work closely with our clinical networks to cultivate strong relationships and provide expert guidance and support to our pharmacy teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services

  • Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient outcomes
  • Responsible for prescription handling from a remote setting
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serve as a representative and contact for the organization
  • Provide expert guidance and support to pharmacy teams, including field leaders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and maintain required licensure
  • Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to:

+ Disease Management programs + Vaccination Services + Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects

  • Drive consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by:

+ Identifying, assessing, and re-designing processes + Monitoring and analyzing results + Executing changes

  • Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines
  • Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to meet organization financial objectives
  • Carry out and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance
  • Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, disease state management, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, etc.)
  • Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
  • Support staff training experiences and career development opportunities
  • Foster collaboration and inspire pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority

  • Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
  • Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when to escalate issues
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Qualifications

* Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary

  • Knowledge of insurance plans
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Rhapsody, Commitment, and Plus
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a chart, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show)
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities)
