Position: Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)

Location: Fully Remote

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the medical field outside of a clinical setting, with the flexibility of a work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:

* Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

• Use active listening and basic medical terminology to assist customers effectively.
• Handle technical issues and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Provide timely and effective communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex's products and services.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Quiet, private home workspace with wired high-speed internet.
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office and computer setup.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred:

* Healthcare industry experience, post-secondary education, or bilingual (Spanish/English).

• Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Work Schedule:

* Full-time, up to 40 hours/week.

• Mandatory one weekend day per week.
• Hours: 12 PM - 11 PM EST (8-hours shift).
