Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing quality product and service information
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members
• Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
• Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to drive sales growth
• Escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams to ensure timely resolution
• Ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of Windows operating system
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
