Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to ensure our clients have a seamless experience
- Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure compliance and quality assurance

Requirements
