As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales, while working in a remote environment that offers flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide helpful resources and information
  • Offer promotional discounts and promotions to customers
  • Provide timely and efficient customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access arenaflex's website and social media channels
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules
