Responsibilities
As a Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional online support experiences to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Performing outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and solutions
- Utilizing strong English verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Demonstrating a strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize and prioritize customers' needs
- Multi-tasking to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive sales acumen and customer engagement
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions

Qualifications

- Personal accountability: You'll need to be accountable for your actions and decisions, taking ownership of your work and delivering high-quality results.
- Contact Center background: While not required, a background in contact centers is preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish): While not required, bilingual skills are a plus, as they enable you to support customers in multiple languages.
