Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure web and cloud applications using a range of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Collaborate with our development teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets arenaflex's coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with our QA team to ensure that applications are thoroughly tested and meet our quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that code is of the highest quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and apply that knowledge to improve our applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that others can understand and replicate our solutions.
• Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure that applications are deployed and managed efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in software engineering and a passion for developing innovative solutions. Here are the essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud applications.
• Strong expertise in a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Spring, Django, and React.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless computing.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance regulations.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
