Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced full stack data scientist to join our team at arenaflex. As a senior data scientist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and deploy complex data science models using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering
- Develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning strategies to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with finance, researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualization tools to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers to develop their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a master's or Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering
- Proven experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to develop and deploy predictive models
- Expertise in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with data engineering tools, such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data visualization, and data mining techniques
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering
- Experience working with IoT, edge AI, or reinforcement learning
- Experience in healthcare or a related field
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
