Job Summary

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences across our social media channels. You'll be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across arenaflex's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's brand and content, including new releases, promotions, and events.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in social media customer support.

* Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

  • Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
