Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering 70-90 incoming phone calls per day from customers, identifying their needs, and providing timely assistance
• Making outbound calls to customers regarding medical referrals, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
• Asking insightful questions, actively listening to customers, and documenting required information in our computer systems to ensure accurate records
• Assisting customers with obtaining prescribed medical equipment and supplies, providing guidance and support throughout the process
• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, obtaining insurance authorization, and ensuring customers receive the necessary support
• Researching complex issues across multiple databases, collaborating with support resources to resolve customer issues, and escalating concerns when necessary

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• At least 1+ year of experience working in a customer service role in a call center environment
• Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm PST) and occasional overtime
