Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to merchants and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborating with the Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implementing changes to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Communications, or Customer Service.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
