As a customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members' drug plans, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment.

Job Summary

We're seeking full-time customer service representatives to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee, and surrounding areas. As a customer service representative, you'll work from home (with the option to easily transition to remote work) and provide exceptional service to our members. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails from members regarding their health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Providing solutions to facilitate treatment and addressing member concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve member satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and issues
  • Adhere to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance member experience and outcomes

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management and health insurance
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
