Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians
• Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive exceptional customer service and updates
• Emailing responses to customers to keep them informed about the status of their requests
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and requests
• Collaborating with our Help Desk team to ensure that customer requests are resolved efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable

• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail are essential for this role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
