The Role

As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients, leading to the sale of coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Starting new conversations (2 hours)
• Follow-ups (2 hours)
• Organic account growth (2 hours)
• Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes)
• Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and success

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential clients and promote coaching programs
• Meet and exceed sales targets, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions
• Collaborate with the client success team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Income in $USD
• Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
• Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
• 100% confidence in English skills

* Experience working from home

• High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development

• Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
• Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
