Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems related to account management, billing, streaming, and content.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications
